PHILOSOPHY
Dr. Fadem and his team are privileged to welcome new patients and their families to our office and into our orthodontic family.
We understand the choice and long-term commitment that each person makes when starting their orthodontic journey. We dedicate ourselves to offer not only exceptional treatment, but also to make the entire process as efficient and enjoyable as possible. For us, every visit is a chance to build an enduring relationship, as we understand that maintaining your smile is a life-long commitment. Our success completely depends on your satisfaction, and we encourage you to see how we can give you the smile that you deserve.

*If your Insurance covers orthodontic treatment you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs, and we can file the necessary papers to the insurance company for you.
*Do you have a flexible spending plan? If so, you can use these pre-tax dollars towards your orthodontic expenses!
Our Treatment Fee Includes:
- The initial orthodontic examination and all recall observation visits prior to the start of therapy, the treatment plan and the consultation to discuss our findings, orthodontic materials, appliances and appointments (including most emergencies) as discussed in the original treatment plan.
- Initial retainers after debanding (when appropriate) and one to two years of monitored retainer visits.
- Reports and communication with your dentist regarding treatment.
- Verbal treatment updates at each visit when possible as to the progress of the treatment and the status of the oral hygiene.

IF YOU ARE LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT
Things happen! Sometimes our patients are late for appointments.
While we are sympathetic, we cannot, in fairness to our other patients, “cram” late patients into the schedule. If you are late, you are always welcome to wait for an opening in the schedule. Sometimes there may not be an opening until the end of the day, and it may be easier to reschedule your appointment. Talk to a front desk team member to see what works out best for you.
